The 2009 Planning Guide for Farmers with Limited Finances is now available on the Grains Research and Development Corporation (GRDC) website at www.grdc.com.au/lowriskfarming. The guide will be an important resource for farmers doing it tough after successive poor seasons. Stuart Kearns, GRDC Manager Validation and Integration, said the guide would complement last year’s Planning Guide for Low Risk Farming. “Where last year’s guide focused on the agronomy side of the farming business, this year we look at the planning process,” Mr Kearns said. “It’s an added bonus that both guides are available online via the GRDC website.
